On machines with rotating parts such as bunchers, WENC2 carries the encoder signal wirelessly from the rotating side to the drive, so the induction motor runs in closed loop.
Wireless encoder instead of a slip ring
On rotating payoffs, winders and stranding units, the encoder signal travels over 5 GHz, without a slip ring.
A fault on the night shift: the right person knows at once
Alert SCADA monitors the fault and status contacts in the panel; it sends the alarm to the shift supervisor by Telegram and email and, if it is not acknowledged, escalates it to the next level.

Frequently Asked Questions
WENC2 offers a wireless range of 100 m and more on the 5 GHz band, depending on line of sight. In industrial environments, optimal performance is achieved through antenna positioning.
WENC2 supports incremental HTL/TTL encoders with differential A, /A, B, /B signals. On 2-wire encoders, /A and /B are bridged to GND. Encoder power is provided via TX pin 3 as a filtered +23.5V output.
Three models are available: WENC2-S (1 encoder), WENC2-D (2 encoders) and WENC2-T (3 encoders). The choice depends on the number of channels in your application.
